Office Manager/Admin
Carrie joined our team shortly after inception, having previously been employed in the customer service industry for many years. She has a great passion for her job and for helping others. Carrie plays an instrumental role in the day-to-day operations of AlphaTek, including answering calls, solely managing 20+ property management accounts, ordering parts, managing routes and overseeing the progress of hundreds of work orders at any given time.
Carrie and her husband, Brad, raise cows on the family farm just South of Mustang, Oklahoma. She enjoys gardening, spending time with family and Sunday ‘mega-pint’ mimosas.
Repair Technician
Alex, possessing over a decade of appliance repair experience, has been with AlphaTek Appliance Repair since the beginning, making him our longest tenured tech. He is very passionate about his job and providing unparalleled customer service, having enjoyed fixing things since he was little. Alex has the ability to work on every make and model of kitchen and laundry appliances, and he further specializes in working on our high-end units.
Alex has 2 kids and a wife, whom he says is his driving force towards his dedication and strong work ethic. He also makes the world’s best beef jerky.
Repair Technician
With nearly 30 years of appliance repair experience, Tim is highly sought after in this industry. Needless to say, if a kitchen or laundry appliance can be fixed, Tim can fix it. He places a strong emphasis on honesty and fairness and takes pride in creating lifelong relationships with his customers.
Tim is an avid OU fan, enjoys playing disc golf, and loves spending time with his amazing wife and grandchildren.
Repair Technician
Andrew is the newest member of our team, but don’t let that deter you from what he can offer. He had honed his skills and knowledge over a period of 15+ years before coming to us highly recommended. Specializing in refrigeration and sealed systems, but equally capable of working on other appliances, Andrew has a thorough understanding of the most complex processes facing any technician.
Repair Technician
Having over 15 years of experience, Brittany is one of the most accomplished and sought after technicians in the OKC area. She is efficient, hard working, knowledgeable, and as many customers have put it, a “True Professional”.
Above all, Brittany loves spending time with her family. She enjoys riding bikes and playing basketball with the kiddos…Look for them to breakthrough onto the Thunder’s roster within the next 20 years.
Repair Technician
Terry brings nearly 20 years of experience to AlphaTek. Although there is no limit to the types of appliances he can work on, he specializes in high-end refrigeration units such as Sub-Zero and Viking. In fact, he is widely considered to be one of the best sealed-system technicians in the OKC area.
While we attempt to convert him into a Dallas Cowboy’s fan, he currently remains a huge fan of the San Francisco 49ers. Terry enjoys to workout in his free time, allowing him to handle any appliance repair job, big or small.
Customer Service Representative
Megan's persona and kindness give a great first impression for the standards AlphaTek has set in the service industry. Having many years in customer service, she has genuine compassion and respect for helping others. Each individual customer will feel important and be well cared for from their first call thanks to Megan's willingness and desire to assist others.
Megan enjoys spending time with her family, friends and rescue dog and is an avid hunter in her spare time. Although she's an OSU graduate, which will bring some rivalry during Bedlam, we are fortunate to have her on our team.
You aren’t locked into a nine-to-five schedule with AlphaTek Appliance Repair. You can reach us after hours and in emergencies. We make repairs seven days a week. You’ll receive same-day or next-day service for almost every repair.
